in the classroom!

I am enrolled in a class called child play and creativity, in this class I get to do four weeks of student teaching.... well really four Mondays. I am teaching with a partner in a kindergarten classroom, our topic is Firefighters! :)
We read them books about firefighting, sang songs about fighting fires, and did a skit where some were the fire, some were trapped, and some were the firefighters!

My little sister...

My little sister had an amazing experience this last weekend! She and her best friend Amy won tickets to the Grammies! They won their plane tickets, hotel room, and tickets into the show! This was my little sisters first plane ride and her first time in California. I am so glad that she was lucky enough to have such a great friend to enjoy such an amazing experience with!
